AI Consultation Assistant

Our optional consultation assistant is provided through a Lannaex integration and uses OpenAI to generate replies and help prepare a project brief. When you start a conversation and send a message, your messages and the current conversation are sent through our website server to OpenAI. Use a high-level project description and avoid confidential formulas or personal health information.

The integration keeps the current conversation in browser memory and does not save chat transcripts in the WordPress database. It requests that OpenAI not store the generated response as application state; OpenAI may separately process and retain data under its own policies. See OpenAI’s API data controls. Reloading the page clears the current conversation from the assistant interface.

If you choose to use your edited brief in a consultation request, the brief is temporarily kept in this browser tab for a handoff valid for up to 15 minutes. It is removed when the contact page processes the handoff. Review the contact form before submitting; opening the assistant or reviewing a brief does not send a consultation request or confirm a booking. Information you submit through the contact form is handled as an inquiry under this policy.

To limit automated abuse, the integration keeps temporary request counters associated with a hashed version of the connection address. Contact details are requested in the consultation form rather than in the assistant conversation. You can contact us directly instead of using the assistant.
